ORDER STATUS

Please refer to the Order Status on our home page or this page before place an order. As our orders are all baked on order to ensure ensure they arrive to you as fresh as possible, please allow up to 5 business for us to process & ship your order. 

• Orders on Schedule: We are able to process & ship your order within 5 business days 

• Orders Delayed: We are unable to guarantee delivery within 5 business days. You can still place your order & we will send an update on delivery estimates as soon as possible. 

 

COLLECTION FROM CJ TASTY TREATS 

• Collection is available from Port Talbot, South Wales at a mutually convenient time.

• On checkout select Free Collection from the delivery options & we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time to collect your order. 

• Please allow up to 3 business days to collect your order as all our products are baked on order to ensure they are as fresh as possible

 

POSTAGE OPTIONS & FEES

• Royal Mail First Class Delivery

  • Usually delivered next business day but please allow up to 2 business days​

  • For orders under £10 delivery fee is £5

  • For orders over £10 deliver fees is £7

  • Postage fees will be automatically added to your order

RETURNS

If you’re unhappy with any of our items you must notify us in writing to cj@cjtastytreats.co.uk Complaints should be sent immediately upon receipt of the product. Evidence of any faults, damages or discrepancies should be included. Any refunds will be given entirely at our discretion. We may request that you send the product back to us and provide proof of postage so that we can fully determine the issue.
