By ordering from CJ Tasty Treats, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
This website is owned and operated by CJ Tasty Treats. At the present time we operate from a home based kitchen which is registered with the local environmental health team and we ensure all our team are trained to a minimum of a Level 2 Food Safety qualification.
HOW TO ORDER
To place an order with us please visit the shop section of our website. If you’d like to place a bespoke order then please contact us by calling 07534191795 or emailing email@example.com. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal. All correspondence will be in English.
We make all our biscuits by hand, so at busy times of the year such as Christmas, we sometimes get orders in faster than we can bake! So everything on our website is offered for sale subject to our availability. If we are unable to supply the products that you are looking for, we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.
As all of our biscuits are handmade so designs, colour and shapes may vary from biscuit to biscuit and kit to kit but we will do our best to ensure they are as near to the images on the shop as possible.

All our biscuits have a shelf life of one month, but they are much too nice to not be eaten straight away!
Please discuss any allergies or special dietary requirements with us before making payment.
All CJ Tasty Treats products are baked to order in an environment where gluten is used, therefore although we do offer a vegan and gluten free option, we cannot confidently say it is completely gluten free.
We also handle nuts in our kitchen and therefore cannot accommodate nut allergies.
We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode, please check it using a postcode finder before ordering.
We’re unable to guarantee delivery dates for Royal Mail services as it’s outside of our control. The standard delivery timeframes stated on our website are a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Please note that, if your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address at checkout or because nobody was home you may be required to pay an additional fee to have it redelivered.
We require payment in full before we can commence a custom order. When an order is placed we will block off time to complete it and will turn down other requests to ensure we have the capacity for your order. We may also order in special supplies for your order or have custom cookie cutters made. For these reasons neither the deposit nor the final balance are refundable.
We cannot offer refunds or accept returns if you do not like your biscuits.
If you’re unhappy with your order or it arrives damaged, then please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Evidence of any faults, damages or discrepancies should be included and any refunds will be given entirely at our discretion. We may request that you send the product back to us and provide proof of postage so that we can fully determine the issue.
