ABOUT CJ TASTY TREATS

Hey there, I’m Cath and I live in South Wales in the UK and I am the CJ in CJ Tasty Treats.
 

Most importantly I am a mum to my gorgeous son and a fur baby mum to a mad and crazy speagle called Lottie who without question has turned my world upside down! She has a unique capacity to find water anywhere….so when I’m not fishing her out of the sea, the river, any muddy puddle, the bird bath or her water bowl, I can be found in the kitchen with the music up loud, the coffee pot bubbling, baking and creating.
 

I’ve been dabbling in the world of baking for longer than I can remember, and over the years I’ve always made cakes for friends and family, from birthday cakes to wedding cakes and cakes just because…as in my opinion there is no occasion that isn’t made slightly easier or better without some form of homemade tasty, delicious goodiness!
 

Like many, 2020 was a year of big changes for me so armed with the support of my amazing family and friends I decided to take the plunge and register with environmental health and start my professional baking journey!
 

So…CJ Tasty Treats was officially founded and along with our online store we have been able to do regular markets, food festivals and pop-up events, along with supplying other amazing local businesses with our products. We are delighted with the progress our little business is making and we can’t wait to see where things take us in the future.
