How long does it take for my order from CJ Tasty Treats to be processed and delivered, and what delivery options are available?Orders at CJ Tasty Treats may take up to 5 business days to be processed, as all our products are baked to order to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Once your order is ready, you have the option to collect it in person from our location in Margam. Simply contact us to arrange a convenient pickup time. Can CJ Tasty Treats deliver their products to my UK address if I'm not home?Yes, CJ Tasty Treats can deliver all our delicious products, including decorated biscuits, decorate-yourself biscuit kits, and gift boxes, to any UK postcode.

Do you take bespoke orders?We love a challenge, so just let us know what you're thinking and we can have a chat and see what we can come up with together. Ideally we will need a few weeks notice so the sooner you can let us know the better!

I’m sending my order as a gift, will my payment information be included in the box?"We don’t include any receipts, invoices or pricing details in the box, all order information will be sent to you via email. You will have the option to add a gift message to your order at the checkout so the recipient knows what lovely person sent them!

I received the wrong order/my order has arrived damaged. What do I do?We’re so sorry that your order hasn’t arrived as expected. Please email cj@cjtastytreats.co.uk including your order number, a description of the issue and a picture of any damage and we’ll get back to you ASAP to resolve this for you.

How long will my biscuits last for?The biscuits are individually heat sealed so they will last for at least four weeks, but they are too lovely not to be eaten sooner!

Do you offer vegan and gluten-free options for your decorated biscuits at CJ Tasty Treats?Yes, we do offer vegan and gluten-free options for our decorated biscuits at CJ Tasty Treats. When placing your order, simply specify your dietary preferences, and we will accommodate your needs accordingly. Please note that while we carefully craft our vegan and gluten-free biscuits to meet your dietary requirements, there may be slight variations in the colour of the biscuits compared to our original designs. This is due to the different ingredients used to ensure they are vegan and gluten-free. Nonetheless, we strive to maintain the highest quality and taste in all our baked goods. We must stress that these will be baked in a kitchen that uses dairy and gluten.
